Other companies like IDC are expected to lease 60 hectares, SIP around 25 hectares, and SZC reported more modest results compared to 2024. KBC continues to expand with a new lease agreement in Que Vo 2 Industrial Park for 50 hectares. Other companies like PHR and GVR face challenges due to limited land availability but are making progress in land conversion. The market outlook for 2025 forecasts continued growth driven by new land supply and a recovering demand.
