In the first half of 2025, Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation (KBC) achieved remarkable growth in industrial land leasing, reaching approximately 150 hectares, an increase of over 700% compared to the 18 hectares of 2024. Notable transactions included 83 hectares in Hung Yen and 31 hectares in Bac Ninh. Major tenants like Goertek and BW Industrial participated. Meanwhile, Sai Gon VRG Investment Corporation is expected to lease around 25 hectares, lower than the previous year’s figure, while IDICO estimates at least 60 hectares leased. Sonadezi Chau Duc Corporation also highlighted some noteworthy contracts. Although companies like PHR and GVR face challenges due to limited land availability, they are making progress in converting rubber land to industrial land. Overall, the industrial real estate sector is projected to continue its upward trend in 2025 and 2026, driven by abundant land supply and expected recovery in leasing demand.
