In the first half of 2025, Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation (KBC) recorded approximately 150 ha of industrial land lease sales, representing a more than 700% increase compared to 2024. Noteworthy transactions included 83 ha in Hung Yen and 31 ha in Bac Ninh. IDICO is projected to achieve around 60 ha in rentals, while Saigon VRG (SIP) estimates only about 25 ha, lower than in 2024. Sonadezi Chau Duc Corporation and Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company also saw modest revenues. The future of industrial real estate in 2025 may continue to grow strongly due to new supply and significant projects in various provinces.
