Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation (KBC) has recorded an industrial land lease revenue of approximately 150 hectares in the first half of 2025, representing a growth of over 700% compared to just 18 hectares for the whole of 2024. Notable transactions include 83 hectares in Hung Yen, 31 hectares in Bac Ninh, and 30 hectares in Hai Phong. In July 2025, KBC further signed a memorandum for 50 hectares in Quế Võ 2 Expanded Industrial Zone. Major tenants like Goertek and BW Industrial significantly contributed to this revenue.
IDICO Corporation (IDC) is expected to achieve at least 60 hectares of leases in the first half of the year, having reported about 50 hectares in the first four months. Meanwhile, Sai Gon VRG Investment Corporation (SIP) is predicted to realize around 25 hectares. Additionally, Sonadezi Chau Duc Corporation (SZC) has not disclosed total revenue but has signed several memorandums. Other entities like Phuoc Hoa Rubber Corporation and GVR have recorded limited revenue due to insufficient available land.
The outlook for the industrial real estate sector is optimistic with growth anticipated in the coming years, supported by new available industrial land supply in Hung Yen and Hai Phong.
