Digiworld Corporation (DGW) has announced a plan to issue 2 million shares under the ESOP program at a price of 10,000 VND per share, 78% lower than the market price of 45,800 VND. This issuance is aimed at 92 employees, including board members. The ESOP shares will have a one-year transfer restriction, expected to be executed in Q3-Q4 2025. Upon completion, Digiworld’s charter capital will increase to 2,213.2 billion VND. For Q2 2025, Digiworld reported a revenue of 5,731 billion VND and a net profit of over 118.6 billion VND, marking increases of 14% and 35% year-on-year. In the first half of 2025, revenue reached nearly 11,250 billion VND with a net profit of approximately 225 billion VND. Digiworld targets a revenue of 25,450 billion VND and net profit of 523 billion VND for 2025, reflecting growth of 15% and 18% compared to 2024.
