A wave of high-level personnel in several companies has resigned or withdrawn from key positions. For instance, International Dairy Products Company appointed Mr. Doan Huu Nguyen as the new CEO, replacing Mr. Bui Hoang Sang, as the company faces financial difficulties, recording a net loss of over 36 billion VND in Q2. In the case of IDICO Urban Development and Investment Company, Mr. Nguyen Van Thinh resigned due to not meeting the independent board member criteria after family members purchased UIC shares. Mr. Pham Trung Kien, the CEO of Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development Company, has submitted his resignation for personal reasons. Additionally, at Vinaconex-ITC, five board members, led by Mr. Duong Van Mau, also resigned shortly after Vinaconex completed its divestment from this company. These changes are linked not only to personal reasons but also to the companies’ business performance and asset restructuring.
