In the first half of 2025, real estate companies reported improvements in leadership income despite ongoing losses. Novaland (stock code: NVL) recorded a loss of 666 billion VND, significantly better than the 7.3 trillion VND loss in the same period last year. Chairman Bùi Thành Nhơn received 600 million VND, while CEO Dương Văn Bắc earned 2.4 billion VND. DIC Corp (stock code: DIG) reported a profit of 52 billion VND, with Chairman Nguyễn Hùng Cường receiving 900 million VND. Văn Phú Invest (stock code: VPI) recorded a profit of 149 billion VND, with Chairman Tô Như Toàn earning 603 million VND. An Gia (stock code: AGG) reported a profit of 90.3 billion VND, with Chairman Nguyễn Bá Sáng earning 1.24 billion VND. NRC Corp (stock code: NRC) turned profit with 4.8 billion VND, and Chairman Lê Thống Nhất received 651.8 million VND. Overall, company leaders are under market pressure but have shown better management in income.
