Chairman Hoang Tuyen is no longer a major shareholder at TNH Hospital

Mr. Hoang Tuyen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TNH Hospital Group, has transferred 5 million TNH shares, reducing his ownership from 9.6 million to 4.6 million shares, no longer a major shareholder. In the second quarter of 2025, TNH Hospital reported a after-tax loss of over 20 billion VND, with a 7% decrease in revenue compared to the same period last year, mainly due to cost pressure and bleak business conditions. The company recorded revenue of 216.3 billion VND in the first half of the year, a slight 3% decrease, and a loss of over 55.1 billion VND. Although aiming for a revenue target of 620 billion VND for 2025, the company has just completed 35% of this target. TNH’s total assets reached 2,735 billion VND, with total liabilities at 942 billion VND, up 35% from the beginning of the year.
