On August 12, Đoàn Hoàng Nam, son of HAGL’s chairman Đoàn Nguyên Đức, announced his intention to purchase 27 million HAG shares, equating to 2.55% of the company’s capital. If successful, he will need approximately 437 billion VND, at the current share price of 16,200 VND. The transaction is expected to be conducted from August 15 to September 13. Bầu Đức currently owns 330 million HAG shares worth approximately 5,346 billion VND. His children all live in Singapore and have not appeared in the media. His wife, Hoàng Thị Ngọc Bích, has been seen once in a photo with former Thai star Kiatisuk. Despite his busy schedule, Bầu Đức expresses his happiness about his family managing everything.
