After nearly two decades, the last land plot in Dịch Vọng urban area is about to be constructed by Lideco

The apartment project of Từ Liêm Urban Development JSC (Lideco) at plot NO11 in Dịch Vọng Urban Area, Cầu Giấy district will feature a 32-storey building with 364 apartments and office space, slated for completion in Q1 2029. The project’s area covers 4,641 m², with a construction density of 30.9% and a total investment of 1.5 trillion VND. Lideco is pursuing adjustments to investment policies and finalizing documentation to commence construction in 2025. According to financial reports, Lideco faced significant business challenges, with revenue reaching only 6 billion VND in Q2, a 99.29% drop from the previous year. The company is focused on resolving legal issues and completing procedures for its projects.
