Mr. Dang Thanh Duy, CEO of Vietnam Sun Corporation (Vinasun, ticker: VNS), has reported purchasing 500,000 VNS shares, increasing his total holdings to nearly 3.9 million shares, reaching a ratio of 5.73%. The transaction occurred on August 12, 2025, with an investment of approximately 5 billion VND. Now, he and related parties hold 28.9 million shares, equivalent to 42.56%. Duy has also registered to purchase an additional 2 million shares from July 21 to August 18, 2025. Regarding the business situation, Vinasun’s revenue in Q2 2025 fell below 217 billion VND, the lowest in 12 quarters, and down 15% year-on-year. The profit after tax in the first half of the year was over 24 billion VND, a decrease of 38% compared to the same period last year. As of June 30, 2025, total assets were 1,777 billion VND, down 78 billion VND from the beginning of the year.
