The period from 2025 to 2030 is anticipated to witness many large IPOs from companies like Highlands Coffee and Bach Hoa Xanh. The expected upgrade of the market from “frontier” to “emerging” in September this year could attract significant international capital. However, the market still faces barriers regarding transparency and cautious investor sentiment. The investment fund sector is also developing rapidly, with both domestic and international funds contributing substantial capital and experience. To seize these opportunities, improvements in the legal framework and enhanced corporate governance are needed. It is forecasted that, as international interest rates decrease, large enterprises will continue to invest in renewable energy and infrastructure.
