The Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) recently announced its issuance of 1.4 billion dividend shares to shareholders at a ratio of 100:64.58. Following this issuance, ACV’s total circulating shares reach 3.58 billion, raising its charter capital to 35.8284 trillion VND. In Q2 2025, ACV reported revenues of 6.34 trillion VND, up 14.5% year-on-year, but net profit fell by 19% to 2.604 trillion VND due to increased cost of goods sold and operating expenses, particularly from the operation of Terminal 3. In the first half of the year, total revenue was 12.609 trillion VND, a 12.8% increase, while profit dropped 39.5%. For 2025, total revenue is projected at 22.239 trillion VND, with core operational revenue growth expected at 8.6%, although pre-tax profit is anticipated to decrease by 17%.
