Amid a vibrant stock market, many listed companies are seizing the opportunity to raise capital. DIC Corp (DIG) is issuing 150 million shares, expected to raise 1.8 trillion VND at 12,000 VND/share. DIG’s stock has nearly doubled, now trading at 23,150 VND/share. NHA is also issuing nearly 16.2 million shares to raise 162 billion VND. Hoang Quan Company (HQC) plans to issue 50 million shares to swap debt, even though its current share price is only 4,000 VND/share, 60% lower than par value. Dat Xanh Group (DXG) intends to issue 93.5 million shares at 18,600 VND/share, raising 1.739 trillion VND for a project in Ho Chi Minh City. Additionally, several other companies like PVPower and Taseco Land are preparing to issue shares to increase capital.
