Listed Enterprises Race to Issue Shares to Raise Thousands of Billions Amid Stock Market Boom

In the thriving stock market, many listed enterprises have quickly transitioned to issuing shares to raise capital. DXG (Dat Xanh Group) plans to issue 93.5 million shares at 18,600 VND/share, aiming to raise 1,739 billion VND for the DatXanh Homes Parkview project. DXG shares have surged 105% in four months. DIG (DIC Corp) intends to offer 150 million shares to existing shareholders, potentially raising 1,800 billion VND from Q3 2025 to Q1 2026; DIG shares have nearly doubled in a short period. NHA (Nam Hanoi Urban and Housing Development Investment Corporation) plans to issue 16.2 million shares to raise 162 billion VND. HQC (Hoang Quan Real Estate Consulting and Services Corporation) attracts attention with 50 million shares to convert debt for creditor Hai Phat, despite the market price being below the par value. Additionally, PVPower and other companies are preparing plans to issue shares to increase capital.
