VivoPower has announced the acquisition of a 51% ownership in Tembo e-LV BV, following a PIPE investment from Energi, which values the company at 200 million USD. This strategic merger will link Tembo with Cactus Acquisition Corp 1 Limited.
In addition to the acquisition, VivoPower plans to invest 100 million USD in XRP as part of its revenue management strategy in collaboration with Flare. The firm is also focused on forming its board of directors ahead of an upcoming IPO.
