Hoa Phat Group has officially launched a worker housing and social housing project at Yen My II Industrial Park in Hung Yen Province, with a total investment of nearly 5,000 billion VND. The project is strategically located near key transport routes and will comprise 27 apartment buildings covering nearly 580,000 m², offering units ranging from 36 to 70 m². The development will also feature amenities such as parks, sports facilities, and community centers.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by provincial leaders and Hoa Phat executives. Deputy Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People’s Committee, Nguyen Hung Nam, emphasized that this project is a significant step in enhancing worker welfare. Tran Kien Cuong, Director of Hoa Phat Urban Development Company, assured the project will adhere to high technical standards and timelines. Completion of the first residential buildings is anticipated by June 2027, addressing essential housing needs for workers.
