Big Players Paying Off Debts Still Hold Over Ten Trillion

According to the Q2 2025 financial report, ten companies listed on the Vietnamese stock exchange hold cash and short-term deposits exceeding 1 billion USD. The top five are BVH, VIC, VHM, BSR, and VGI, with VGI holding over 41 trillion VND, accounting for 60% of total assets. In the difficult fundraising environment, these companies are highly valued for their liquidity.
PV Gas (GAS) leads in financial strength with 21.247 trillion VND left over after settling debts. Other companies like VEAM, BSR, VGI, and SAB also have over 10 trillion VND left. Notably, DGC has the highest net cash per share at 24,452 VND, followed by Đạm Phú Mỹ and VEAM. Additionally, companies like Sabeco, Đức Giang Chemicals, and Vinamilk are included in this list.
