CTCP Dat Xanh Group (HoSE: DXG) announced that CEO Bui Ngoc Duc sold 744,418 DXG shares, reducing his ownership from 0.17% to 0.09%. He currently holds 952,000 shares. Recently, Deputy CEO Do Thi Thai registered to sell 413,300 DXG shares to lower her ownership from 0.09% to 0.05%. Board member Ha Duc Hieu plans to sell 6.35 million DXG shares, reducing his ownership from 0.66% to 0.04%. Foreign fund Dragon Capital sold 450,000 DXG shares, decreasing its ownership from 14.04% to 13.99%. This transaction occurred amid ongoing foreign net selling on HoSE, despite the VN-Index rising. The Dat Xanh Board also approved a plan to privately offer 93.5 million shares at 18,600 VND per share, aiming to raise over 1.739 trillion VND to invest in a project in Binh Duong.
