According to the announcement from Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department, 679 businesses violating tax debt regulations have been publicly listed, including many big names in real estate. Leading the list is Vietnam Han Trading and Construction LLC with a debt of over 467 billion VND. Yen Khanh Group and Danh Khoi Group also fall into the large debt category. Notably, Danh Khoi is the investor of major projects such as Lagi New City and Aria Da Nang, currently reporting a decrease in revenue and significant short-term debt. The Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department is implementing rigorous debt collection measures to address this situation.
