Joint Stock Company Cơ Khí An Giang (CKA) will pay a dividend of 100% per share on September 17, allowing shareholders to receive 10,000 VND for each share they own, with a total payout of about 33 billion VND. The payment date is expected to be October 3, 2025. This will be the highest dividend since CKA was listed on UPCoM in 2018, where they have traditionally distributed dividends yearly at rates between 20-35% and 50% in 2023. CKA specializes in manufacturing machinery for agriculture and construction. In 2024, CKA’s revenue fell by 20% to 183 billion VND and profit dropped by 41% to 24 billion VND compared to the record of 2023. For 2025, they aim to increase revenue by 8% to 197 billion VND but expect net profit to decrease to below 22 billion VND. Recently, CKA’s stock price has surged to 72,400 VND per share, soaring 65% since the beginning of 2025, with an average liquidity of 12,100 shares per session.
