Tasco’s Subsidiary Successfully Raises 500 Billion VND

VETC recently announced the results of issuing 500 bonds with code ETC42501, each valued at 1 billion VND, amounting to a total of 500 billion VND. The issuance took place on July 22, 2025, with a term of 5 years maturing on July 22, 2030. This investment comes from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), with a coupon rate of 5%. VETC, a member of Tasco, operates the largest non-stop toll collection system in Vietnam, holding 75% of the market share with 133 stations and 719 toll lanes, serving 3.8 million customers and handling 700 million transactions annually. Tasco owns 99.26% of VETC, which was established in May 2015 with a charter capital of 747.4 billion VND. Mr. Nguyen Le Thang is the CEO, while Mr. Nguyen Danh Hieu, Vice Chairman of Tasco’s Board, is a board member at VETC.
