SUI’s treasury subsidiary, Mill City Ventures III, has been renamed SUI Group Holdings and its stock symbol has been changed to SUIG

On August 26, 2025, Mill City Ventures III officially changed its name to SUI Group Holdings and its stock ticker to SUIG.

The rebranding aligns with SUI’s asset accumulation strategy and aims to strengthen its partnership with the Sui Foundation.

Shareholders need not take action; shares will continue to be listed on the Nasdaq, focusing on the development of the Sui Network.
