A Real Estate Company is About to “Pay Off” Dividends to Shareholders

CTCP Địa ốc 11 (RES 11, HNX: D11) announced that it will pay dividends for 2021 in the form of shares at a rate of 12% on September 8. Shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 12 new shares, estimated to require the issuance of about 880,576 shares, with funding sourced from undistributed after-tax profits from 2024. The General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025 approved dividend distributions for 2022 and 2023 in shares at rates of 10% and 6% respectively. D11’s revenues and profits saw a sharp decline after 2021, with 2022 revenues dropping to 134 billion and profits to 21.8 billion VND. Despite a 61% increase in revenue to 52 billion in the first half of 2025, profits only reached 4 billion VND. Founded in 1989, D11 operates in the real estate and construction sectors, with notable projects including ResGreen Tower and Res11.
