The international conference “Opening the International Green Capital Market” will take place on September 5, gathering leaders, experts, and international financial organizations to bridge Vietnamese businesses with impact investment sources, promoting sustainable development. The Vietnamese government is committed to achieving a Net Zero target by 2050, needing to mobilize 368 billion USD, equivalent to 6.8% of GDP per year, to realize this goal. The conference will include three discussion sessions: 1. Opening the green capital market with speakers from IFC, BlueOrchard, focusing on the global green finance landscape. 2. Promoting sustainable development and inclusive finance, focusing on green transition models and financial tools for businesses. 3. Enhancing private sector access to green capital, with solutions and experiences from industry experts. The conference will be held at Tea Resort Prenn in Da Lat, an ideal place to discuss sustainable finance trends.
