Tracodi Construction Group (HoSE: TCD) has announced that Mr. Pham Huu Quoc has submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors (BOD) at his personal request after less than 2 months in office (starting from July 1, 2025). The BOD stated that his departure does not affect the required number of members, and the resignation will be proposed for approval in the upcoming shareholders’ meeting. Mr. Quoc is a finance and accounting expert and currently the General Director of Bamboo Capital Group. Tracodi has appointed Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh as Deputy General Director in charge of Construction, effective from September 1. This change is part of a series of high-level leadership changes in Tracodi, particularly following the indictment of Vice Chairman Huynh Thi Kim Tuyen in March, which saw several other senior officials resigning at their own requests recently.
