Viettel Global’s Post-Tax Profit Exceeds 3.2 Trillion VND in the First Half of the Year

In the first half of 2025, Viettel Global’s consolidated post-tax profit reached 3.267 trillion VND, increasing by 14% year-on-year, with a net revenue of over 20.260 trillion VND, up 22%. All of Viettel’s markets recorded impressive growth, notably Lumitel in Burundi (+42%), Halotel in Tanzania (+30%), and Natcom in Haiti (+28%). Owner’s equity increased to 39.152 trillion VND. Viettel is also advancing 5G technology in its markets and launched 5G services in Timor-Leste in August 2025, praised by the Prime Minister of Timor-Leste. This project has a return on investment of 215%. Viettel Global is currently operating 5G in three markets: Laos, Peru, and Timor-Leste. Additionally, the company received 23 international awards for business strategy and social responsibility in the first half of 2025.
