Bitcoin’s realized capitalization climbs to record high even as spot price drops

Bitcoin’s realized capitalization has surged to 1.05 trillion USD even as its spot price fell around 12% from nearly 124,000 USD. Unlike market capitalization, realized cap reflects the value based on the last transaction price, showing strong investor faith in the cryptocurrency.

The increase in realized capitalization suggests that long-term holders and dormant assets are stabilizing the market, mitigating the effects of price volatility. In contrast to previous cycles with steeper declines, this period demonstrates a stronger underlying support for Bitcoin despite price corrections.
