Uniswap community endorses DUNI legal entity temperature check proposal

The Uniswap community passed the proposal on September 4 to form DUNI in Wyoming, confirming a path to decentralized legal structure.

DUNI will manage off-chain contracts, tax duties and provide legal clarity, safeguarding UNI token and the core Uniswap governance mechanism.
