H100 Group raises about 10 million SEK through private placement

H100 Group AB announced the successful completion of a private placement, issuing about 1.79 million shares to the TOBAM Bitcoin Alpha Fund.

Each share was sold at a price of 5.58 SEK, raising a total of approximately 10 million SEK. The funds will improve the company’s capital flexibility.
