South Korea lifts ban on VC investment in crypto companies effective September 16

Effective September 16, South Korea’s Ministry of SMEs and Startups will lift the ban on venture capital investments in crypto firms, initially imposed in 2018 to combat speculation. This change enables crypto trading and brokerage firms to access venture funding.
