On September 11, Starknet reported on the X platform that BTC staking on the mainnet is set to launch on September 30. This allows Bitcoin holders to stake to secure the network while receiving rewards.
To facilitate this upgrade, the staking contract will be temporarily suspended on September 15 at 10:00 AM (GMT+3). Following this, validators can establish Bitcoin delegation pools.
