Duc Long Gia Lai invests in establishing 4 linked companies in the energy sector

Duc Long Gia Lai Group (DLG) has announced its decision to invest in the establishment of 4 linked companies in the energy sector. Specifically, DLG will set up 2 wind power companies: CP1 Wind and CP2 Wind, with a charter capital of 250 billion VND for each company. DLG will contribute 117.5 billion VND to CP1 Wind (47% equity) and 115 billion VND to CP2 Wind (46% equity). Additionally, DLG will establish 2 solar power companies: CP3 Solar and CP4 Solar, each with a charter capital of 225 billion VND, contributing 99 billion VND (44% equity) for each. The total investment DLG plans is 430.5 billion VND, aimed to be completed in Q3 2025.

Moreover, DLG’s shares remain on alert due to a post-tax loss of over 2.411 trillion VND as of June 30, 2025. Revenue for the first half of 2025 was only 315 billion VND, down 47% year-on-year, though net profit rose 13.1% to nearly 69 billion VND. DLG aims for a total revenue of 650 billion VND and a post-tax profit of 200 billion VND for 2025.
