FPT signs AI cooperation agreement opening opportunities up to $30 million with leading Southeast Asian group

FPT Corporation has signed a strategic agreement with a leading industrial group in Southeast Asia, opening a contract opportunity worth $30 million to promote AI transformation in manufacturing. This cooperation aims to modernize the industry through AI, leveraging FPT’s over 20 years of experience in technology for the manufacturing sector. The transformation roadmap consists of three phases: the first phase, starting in 2025, will build an AI foundation by digitizing production processes; the second phase in 2026 will enhance operational intelligence through forecasting and optimization; and from 2027 onwards, the project will create an intelligent manufacturing ecosystem using technologies like digital twins and AI assistants. Levi Nguyen, FPT Thailand’s Director, stated that this collaboration aims to build future factories that set new standards for smart manufacturing in Southeast Asia. FPT is currently the largest IT service company in the Fortune’s Southeast Asia 500 ranking, serving many leading enterprises in the region.
