A bank has just submitted a registration for listing on HoSE

On September 15, KienlongBank submitted a registration for listing over 365 million shares on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. The KLB stock is currently trading on UPCoM and has risen more than 8% to 26,000 VND/share after a previous increase of 15%. The bank also announced a cut-off date of September 25, 2025, for shareholders to exercise their right to receive stock dividends at a rate of 60%. This means that shareholders with 100 shares will receive an additional 60 new shares, the highest payout in the banking sector for 2025. The issuance will be funded from retained earnings as of December 31, 2024, after required allocations. Previously, the bank received approval from the State Bank to increase its charter capital to 5.822 trillion VND through stock issuance. As of the end of Q2 2025, KienlongBank’s total assets reached 97.63 trillion VND, with a pre-tax profit recorded at 565 billion VND, completing over 90% of its annual plan.
