Three Red Capital Leaders Resign from Seaprodex Positions

The Vietnam Sea Products Corporation (Seaprodex, stock code SEA) announced the resignation of 2 board members and 1 supervisory board member: Do Thi Phuong Lan, Le Trung Hieu, and Pham Thi Lan Huong, effective from September 12. They represented the investment fund Red Capital, which has divested 18 million SEA shares between August 14-22, generating approximately 760 billion VND. Red Capital no longer holds any SEA shares after the transaction. Meanwhile, Gelex reduced its stake to 3.02 million SEA shares after selling 8.88 million shares in the same period. SSG Group increased its stake to 11.92% of Seaprodex’s charter capital after acquiring 14.9 million shares. As of June 30, 2025, SCIC remains the largest shareholder holding 63.38% of the capital.
