Vietnam Oil and Gas Power Generation Corporation (PV Power) reported an estimated electricity sales revenue of nearly 23.079 trillion VND after the first 8 months of 2025, with a production of about 1.332 million kWh in August. They have partnered with Vingroup to develop a network of electric vehicle charging stations, aiming for 1,000 stations nationwide by 2035. PV Power inaugurated its first charging station in Hanoi in November 2024, which is part of a strategy to promote clean energy in Vietnam. The charging network will be developed and operated by V-Green, aiming to support VinFast vehicles. August sales reached 2.386 trillion VND, with Vung Ang 1 and Nhon Trach 2 accounting for over 60% of the revenue.
