An option exists to acquire the remaining 30% stake in Independent Reserve in the future, based on the platform’s performance.
Independent Reserve is a major Australian crypto platform, supporting 34 cryptocurrencies and reporting a revenue of 23.3 million USD for the fiscal year ending June 2025.
