Petrolimex is restructuring its organization and reducing the number of subsidiaries, whereby each province and city will have only one subsidiary company. This company will manage all fuel retail outlets in the area. The name will be adjusted according to the new administrative unit name, with the headquarters located in the political center of the province. After restructuring, the organization is expected to operate more stably and be better able to adapt to market changes in order to meet planned targets. The group will also review and reduce functions to increase work efficiency. Chairman Phạm Văn Thanh stated that the group will continue to carry out important tasks, including divesting or merging operations that no longer fit. The restructuring aims to focus on core energy areas and attract resources for the future.
