White House plans to conclude cryptocurrency market structure legislation by year-end

On September 23rd, Patrick Witt, the executive director of the White House Digital Asset Advisory Council, announced expectations for the passage of the Crypto Market Structure Act by year-end.

The bill seeks to establish clear regulations for digital assets, specifying responsibilities between the CFTC and SEC, and aims to lure crypto companies back to the U.S.
