Thuduc House just won a lawsuit against the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department regarding a dispute over the refund of value-added tax amounting to 365 billion VND and late payment interest of 74.7 billion VND. The Supreme People’s Court in Ho Chi Minh City dismissed the appeals from the Regional Tax Department II, confirming the validity of the initial judgment made on April 24, 2025. This ruling highlights Thuduc House’s legal rights and helps the company lift administrative barriers affecting its business operations. According to the financial report for Q2 2025, Thuduc House recorded a post-tax profit of 13.2 billion VND, an improvement from the 26 billion VND loss in the same period last year. In the first six months of 2025, the revenue reached nearly 26 billion VND with a net profit of 19 billion VND. Following the ruling, TDH shares surged nearly 7%, reaching 5,120 VND per share.
