Vinpearl Corporation has approved the separation of Vinpearl Cửa Hội and established a new company called Cửa Hội Investment and Development Joint Stock Company. The new company is expected to have a charter capital of 1.1374 trillion VND, with Vinpearl holding 99.992% of the shares. Vinpearl Cửa Hội became a subsidiary of Vinpearl in February 2025 after acquiring 99.99% of its shares from Vingroup. As of February 2025, Vinpearl Cửa Hội had total assets of 5.324 trillion VND and liabilities of 4.455 trillion VND. In Q2 2025, Vinpearl’s total revenue reached nearly 4.1 trillion VND, with the company achieving 2.717 trillion VND, a 31% increase compared to the previous year. The gross profit rose by 183% to 657 billion VND, resulting in a net profit of 167 billion VND. Positive tourism indicators like hotel bookings and visitors to VinWonders also saw significant growth.
