On October 3, Bamboo Capital (BCG) and Tracodi (TCD) announced their share trading would be suspended starting October 9, 2025, due to failure to complete the 2024 audited financial report. This situation caused inconvenience to shareholders, and the companies apologized for it. The main reasons for the delay were personnel changes in the finance and accounting department and a large volume of financial documentation. Bamboo Capital committed to improve governance and rapidly rectify the situation. They are actively collaborating with audit firms and related parties to expedite the financial report’s publication, expected by December 31, 2025. Since early this year, BCG and TCD shares have dropped by 55%, currently priced at 2,800 VND and 2,100 VND, respectively.
