Ondo Finance completes acquisition of Oasis Pro and secures SEC license to enter the US tokenized securities market

On October 6th, Ondo Finance announced its acquisition of Oasis Pro, acquiring an SEC-registered broker-dealer and alternative trading system to solidify its position in the U.S. Regulatory landscape.

The acquisition strengthens Ondo’s infrastructure for tokenizing and trading real-world assets, helping create a compliant market using stablecoins.
