Novaland’s CEO purchased and received nearly 15 million ESOP shares worth 74 billion VND, gaining over 158 billion VND

Novaland Investment Group recently announced its ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) transactions. CEO Duong Van Bac purchased 8.39 million shares, which included 4.19 million ESOP shares and an equal amount in bonus shares. At a buy price of 10,000 VND/share, he invested nearly 42 billion VND, while their current market value is about 132.6 billion VND. Two Deputy CEOs each bought 2.6 million shares valued at 82 billion VND in the market. Novaland will also continue to sell over 17 million unsold ESOP shares to employees at the same price. After the transactions, Mr. Bac will own a total of 14.68 million shares worth around 232 billion VND, netting a profit of 158 billion VND.
