Sunshine Group (Stock Code: KSF) has announced its consolidated financial report for Q3/2025, revealing total assets of 78.78 trillion VND, a significant increase compared to the end of 2024, making it one of the largest real estate companies in the market. In just 9 months, total assets increased by over 58 trillion VND, with equity rising to 13.817 trillion VND, indicating enhanced financial capacity. Cumulative net revenue for 9 months reached 4.882 trillion VND, with pre-tax profit of 2.042 trillion VND, and after-tax profit of 1.591 trillion VND – the highest in the company’s history. These results follow a strategic restructuring focusing on cost control and cash flow projects. Financial performance has improved, with the cost-to-revenue ratio dropping from 88% to 68%, and gross profit margin increasing to nearly 60%. Indicators ROS, ROE, and ROA reflect that Sunshine Group is among the most efficient companies in financial performance in the industry.
