Taseco Land and CapitaLand Development have signed a collaboration agreement to develop various real estate types, including urban, commercial, and industrial areas. The goal is to build a sustainable long-term partnership by combining CapitaLand’s international experience in project development and asset management with Taseco Land’s local market knowledge and land resources. CapitaLand, with an investment portfolio worth over 21 billion SGD, has operated in Vietnam for over 30 years with 19 projects, including over 19,000 apartments. Taseco Land, a member of Taseco Group, currently owns nearly 1,000 hectares of land and aims to expand to 3,000 hectares by 2030, with various projects in Hanoi and northern provinces such as Bac Ninh and Thai Nguyen. The company recently received investment registration certificates for two large urban projects in Bac Ninh and is also investing in the Thuy Nguyen industrial park in Hai Phong, while launching several projects in Thai Nguyen and Thanh Hoa.
