HAGL converts 300 billion VND debt into capital contribution at Hung Thang Loi Gia Lai

Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (HAGL) has decided to convert 300 billion VND of debt into capital contribution at Hung Thang Loi Gia Lai LLC, raising its capital to 1,585 billion VND. As of September 30, 2025, Hung Thang Loi owed HAGL over 822 billion VND (including 700 billion VND in principal and over 39 billion VND in interest). After the conversion, HAGL’s ownership interest in Hung Thang Loi will reach 99%. Additionally, Hung Thang Loi’s remaining debt to HAGL will decrease to 522.4 billion VND. Furthermore, HAGL has completed the distribution of 210 million shares to six creditors to exchange for a debt of 2,520 billion VND, with an exchange ratio of 12,000:1. After this issuance, HAGL’s capital will increase to nearly 12,674.7 billion VND. Hung Thang Loi Gia Lai specializes in crop service activities and is managed by Vo Thi My Hanh, a member of HAGL’s board.
