Novaland Joint Stock Company announced that Diamond Properties, owned by Chairman Bui Thanh Nhon, has registered to sell 2.15 million NVL shares. The goal is to balance the investment portfolio, with the transaction period from October 17 to October 31, 2025. If successful, Diamond Properties’ share ownership will decrease from 8.079% to 7.974%. At a price of 15,500 VND per share, the company could earn over 33.3 billion VND. Previously, Novaland issued 48.7 million ESOP shares to employees at 10,000 VND each, raising over 487.5 billion VND to strengthen its business operations. After both issuances, Novaland’s charter capital increased from over 19.501 trillion VND to more than 20.476 trillion VND.
