On October 15, Onchain Lens reported that a new wallet took 10 million USDC from Coinbase, deposited 9 million USDC into HyperLiquid, and opened a 3x leveraged long position on ETH while placing a TWAP order, with intentions to acquire XPL with 3 million USD in the spot market.
